Ticket Dispenser is also known as entry station. It is usually set at the entrance of parking lot to automatically issue barcode ticket. For regular vehicle, it also add a function which is to tap the monthly/ season card. This equipment can easily work with ticket validator, barrier gate and auto pay station.

The parking lot entrance and exit management system comprises: -Entrance display screen (displaying the remaining vehicles number or customized display content or advertisment)
-Entry ticket dispenser( paper ticket dispenser or IC card dispenser)
-Entrance ticket validator
-Entry and entrance barrier gate
-The exit display(showing the amount of charge or other content)
-Entry and Exit License plate recognition(ANPR)
-All the hardware, and parking management backend software.
 

System working principle

1. Entry Ticket Dispenser: When a vehicle enters the parking lot, the driver presses the button, and the ticket dispenser issues a ticket to the vehicle, recording the entry time and license plate number.

2. Automated Payment Station (APS) : Inside the parking lot, drivers can proceed to the Automated Payment Station (APS) to make payments using the ticket or license plate number. The APS accepts various payment methods such as cash, credit cards, mobile payments, etc.

3. Exit Ticket Validator: Drivers can also choose to pay parking fees at the exit when leaving the parking lot. Insert or scan ticket, it can be customized. Don't need working person.

4. Quick Exit: Once payment is successful, the system records payment information and automatically opens the barrier when the driver exits, enabling quick departure.

5. Real-time Data Updates: The system continuously updates the status and payment information of vehicles in the parking lot in real-time to ensure accurate parking management and billing.

This system provides a convenient and efficient parking experience while reducing the need for manual operations, thus improving parking lot efficiency and management standards.
